Before we start training you’ll go through an initial assessment to learn more about YOU!

In-depth initial intake dives into:

goals, Health history, Training background, Nutrition habits, Sleep, stress & recovery, etc.

Initial INtake

You will fill out an in-depth questionnaire that will ask you to share your fitness goals, health history, training background, schedule, equipment availability, nutrition, and more, setting the stage for creating your perfect program.

Movement Screening + Relative Strength testing

Analyze your movement patterns identify any deficits in your mobility and stability, and understand what your current strength looks like. This will allow Carina to create a training program that is not only specific to your goals but also to the specific needs of your body, current ranges of motion, and current level of fitness.

Elite Coaching

From this point, you’re off to the races. Carina will put together science-based, completely tailored to you program, and you will be on your way to reaching your goals!

    What is lifestyle coaching?

    • Carina will guide you through a lifestyle audit that dives into nutrition, sleep, stress management, etc. to identify your biggest areas of opportunities

    • Can include but not limited to:

      • Food logging: Learn how to properly fuel your body to support your goals without turning your world upside down

      • Sleep Assessment: Understand how to promote deeper, more restful sleep

      • Stress & Recovery Questionnaire: Get resources to mitigate stress and optimize your recovery

    Includes one 45-minute monthly coaching call along with bimonthly check-in

    • Leave each call with 1-3 actionable habits to take with you

  • Get 1:1 coaching, cueing, and appropriate progressions in real time

    2x/week training minimum

    Sessions conducted through Zoom or Facetime

    Includes additional custom homework program (with cardio)

    Includes monthly lifestyle coaching
