Hi, I’m Carina! I’m a Personal Trainer and Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
I started Wild Wellness Coaching because I saw a need for no-nonsense health and fitness advice. I’m here to guide you through it all so you can reach your goals in a way that you enjoy and learn along the way. I get it because I’ve been there, and I’m here to help!

VOLUME 1-THE ESSENTIALS
Maximize your fitness potential with a personalized training program - a program specific to your unique goals, schedule, and resources available to you. Like having a personal trainer in your pocket to answer questions, give support, accountability, and guidance, so you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

VOLUME 2 - PREMIUM
In addition to everything you see with Volume 1, get one-on-one lifestyle and nutrition coaching all guided by Carina. Whether its through nutrition, sleep, stress management, etc., this program is perfectly suited for individuals seeking extra support in improving their overall health and well-being both in and out of the gym.

1:1 VIRTUAL TRAINING
Experience the convenience of receiving personalized 1-on-1 coaching from anywhere, with little to no equipment or a fully equipped gym. Get coached in real time via Zoom or Face time. This 1:1 training is designed for those brand new to strength training and/or those that want eyes on their movement to give specific feedback, cueing, and support in real time.

THE PROCESS - HOw IT WORKS

INITIAL INTAKE
You will fill out an in-depth questionnaire that will ask you to share your fitness goals, health history, training background, physical limitations, schedule, equipment availability, nutrition, and more, setting the stage for creating your perfect program.

MOVEMENT SCREENING +
RELATIVE STRENGTH TESTING
Next, you’ll complete a movement screen and strength test. This will analyze your movement patterns, identify any deficits in your mobility and stability, and understand what your current strength looks like. This allows Carina to create a training program that is not only specific to your goals but also to the specific needs of your body, current ranges of motion, and current level of fitness.
ELITE COACHING
From this point, you’re off to the races. Carina will put together science-based, completely tailored to you program, and you will be on your way to reaching your goals!

WWC LIVES IN THE TRUECOACH APP
See your weekly spread in the TrueCoach App. View each exercise or superset at a time and watch demonstration videos - fill in load, reps, notes, and exercise history. Track your progress and connect wearables - all at your fingertips!
